Photos ~ Introducing Zucca!

This weekend we gave a sweet little orange kitty a new forever home! Libby and I headed to the local Humane Society Saturday to see if we could find a new friend for Colby. Inside the great facility we saw many sweet kitties but fortunately lots of people as well to adopt them. One of the employees who helped us vouched for the little two-and-a-half month old we eventually went home with. Even at his age he'd been briefly fostered by that employee and turns out the little guy had just enough spunk to put up with other older cats.

Once home, it didn't take long for Libby to attach a food related name to our new boy: Zucca (ZOO-ka) which mean "pumpkin" in Italian. We've been taking turns hanging out with him in the bathroom and have already started introducing he and Colby who are becoming fast friends. Anyway, less talk and on to the cuteness!
