23 years ago today on Feb. 28, 2001 the Nisqually Earthquake struck the Puget Sound region. I was a geosciences student and employee at Pacific Lutheran University at the time and took photos of our geology department's seismogram of the event. Other than that, I don't remember any major damage around the campus south of #Tacoma nor anything save, fortunately, for a shifted picture frame and toppled desktop lamp in my rental house. #Earthquake #NisquallyEarthquake #Tacoma #PLU #ThisDay
